Would you agree with this statement?

I understand what he's saying and I agree. It's just that you have to have the ability of being able to do something terrible to someone. However, just because you have the ability doesn't mean you have to use it or will ever use it, but it is a mindset of having to do what it takes to survive and live with yourself after you do it.
