one girl call the police on me for ual ault on her friend with knowingly stating false allegation wich will be malicious presecution i was arrested for 5 minute and relaese because the victim diclined all allegation from her friend. she also signed the doentation stating that Inever d her with a witness and my self. so after Iwent and see the police and Iask them if Iwould have a criminal record and they said no. because they d`ind take my finger printed and my photo so the policesaid no criminal record will be issue. but beside their police filed wiil apear suspect. so how long suspect will stay on their filed. but from what Ihere from the police after handing them the paper that said that Id`ind d her with her signature my signature and a witness signaturethey investigation should be finish. is that right?
