Derby house/ katie price clothing (UK)?

I got this clothing catolog in the mail and its from the UK and It has something in it that I would love to get but im not sure if the U.K sizes are the same as they are in the U.S sizes. Can anyone help me out are the UK sizes like smalls and larges and XL and sizes 14 and 16... the same as the US ???
