Is it possible for fertility doctor to tell when you are going to ovulate?

Yes. Your body prepares for ovulation just like anything else. If you are badly wanting to concieve and you haven't been fully correct on your ovulation days I would reccomend "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" It's a book that also comes with software. It tells you exactly what to look for in your body so that you can tell your fertile days from not. You may ovulate but not have the right amout of "good CM" to concieve. Also, if you are BD'ing too often or not enough you can demean the quality of sperm. TCOYF is the bible of TTC, if you aren't pregnant already you should get it.
