Affirmative Action food for thought: Is affirmative action morally right or wrong?

Of course it is morally wrong. We already have equal opportunity - affirmative action says that someone who is less qualified for a job is really more qualified for a job, because of their race. It is the very epitome of racism - If I said a white person was less qualified for a job, but I hired him because he was white, wouldn't that be racist? How is saying "he isn't very qualified, but I'll hire him because he is a minority" any less racist?
