Should I give up on this girl?

Honestly I think you should definitely give up on this girl. If she's even interested in you, she would show you attention by calling, texting or at least even show an effort to hang out with you but she doesn't. There's that phrase, "Third time's the charm" and that didn't work out well. But if you truly like her then maybe you should give ONE more shot and call her. So good luck!
