Do you guys think my BMW is totalled?

most deff, if u have front end damage too, its a 10 yr old car man, n with all those estimates?? your brakes might just be going bad, and the frame seems fine tho cuz the quarter panel is not bent. rear bumper and front( all oem of course) will cost you around 450 a piece, taillight used might be around 75, paint, labor would prolly be 2500? and your trunk seems repairable man, the damage has to be 75% of the cars market value. also your cars exhaust seems the it has moved, might have broke off with the impact? basically your looking for around 5-6K repairs, and the insurance company always puts estimates through the bmw dealers cost for repair. and my guess is if you disconnect the battery terminals from the trunk for about 10 min, the key remote should start working again.
