Freeware games that DON'T require internet?

I have a looongg drive tomorrow and I want to download a game or two for the ride. I am a fan of first person shooters but I also like the clic games as well. Please help me out, and I obviously won't have internet in the car so I don't want an interactive game. Thanks in advance. I have Windows Vista if that matters...
