Alright jeepsters, give me your opinion. Thinking about selling my 2006 Chevy Z71, extended cab, 4x4, ....?

with 82,000 miles on it. It's paid for and had a dealer offer me $14,500 for it. Yea, I could sell it to an individual and get more, but then I might miss out on this jeep I'm looking at. The jeep I'm looking at is an extremely sharp looking 2001 wrangler with 103,000 miles it. It's got a lift on it, 33" tires, black mountain wheels, custom bumper on front and back, the jeep is solar yellow in color and with the black wheels it looks AWESOME. Really clean for a 2001. Looks immaculate!!! With TT&L he's asking $12,950. If I decide to sell my truck and use the money to buy this jeep, do you think that's smart? Also, let's say if both are well maintained, and both have an additional 24,000 miles on them in the next year and a half, will the value of the jeep be greater than the value of the truck? I guess what I'm asking is do you think even though the truck is worth more now, will the jeeps value overtake the truck value in the next few years (given they are both well maintained)?
