Who are the worlds best pickpockets?

no offense to Brazilians but i heard those kids in Rio Brazil are insanely good. I heard there are pretty talented pickpockets in Greece too. can you tell me your story of an extremely talented pickpocket? once i was at a bus terminal in the Philippines, i was wearing a small bag around my neck. this guy just pes me just like how people p you on the streets. the whole time i was on the look out for pickpockets. i was aware the whole time i was in the station. as i boarded the bus i realized my bag was gone. it had 4 parker pens. very expensive and cash. bloody talented guy. i was being wary but still i got hit.
