What do socialists think "collective ownership and control" means? That everyone just agrees to it voluntarily?

No, they just think that everyone voted in, kind of like how everyone in North Korea voted in Kim Jung Il to be their Prime Minister, or that Cubans voted for fantastic health care among tourists and terrible health care among citizens. Doesn't socialism sound great?
