Is there something i can get are use for boils ? maybe some sort of ol remedy. i am taking antibiotics..?

I have 3 large bumps, almost looks like a cyst , kinda hard to the touch, very red and very painful. at one point one came to almost looking like i could try to bust it . a little amount of puss came out, i was told you have to wait til it came to a head. since then two more have came, bigger than the one i tried to pop. please tell me what i can do to make these go away. i do have some antibioatics that i'm taking. HLP...HLP....HLP
