Feature question about Samsung Blackjack and Blackberry Curve. Please read if you have either phone. Thanks?

I am planning to purchase either the curve or blackjack and I need to know if one or both of them do the following: In the call logs, show each time you have called a #, gotten or missed a call from the same # or do they just show the most recent call to/from each #. Also, do they show times of each sent and recieved text message? These 2 things are really important to me and need a phone that shows each call and every text, incoming and outgoing for legal purposes. Thanks much
