BFP for only a day? False positive maybe?

I took a test yesterday and got a clear BFP, I was so excited! I took another one today just to see it again, but it was a BFN. :o( Also, my are a bit less sore. Is this normal? Was it a false positive? Should I request a test from my doctor? I am so bummed right now...
